James Squire's exciting new function centre

Our hotel's upstairs area has been completely refurbished and transformed into a brand new function venue with amazing views.

Sundance Marine wasted no time to be one of the first businesses to experience an event in the venue, with guests sitting down Saturday evening to enjoy modern Australian Cuisine with premium wine, and of course a variety of James Squire beer on tap.



Overlooking the Docklands Waterfront, the function room can cater for many groups, from cocktail events with a dance floor, to a sit down 3 course dinner.

Our 5 course dinner upstairs has sold out, but we still have tickets available for our NYE celebration downstairs.

In case you haven't heard the news yet - James Squire Brewhouse at Docklands is now well and truly open. We're pouring our special brew 7 days and Chef Gregory Spence is serving fare to match from his delicious new menu.














Try the "Farma Parma" with bush tomato relish, bacon, egg and melted cheese.

For seafood fans the BBQ prawn skewers with red onion & lemon dressing is a sure winner.
